How we handle your information

Harvesters Ottawa collects only the information you choose to share through the forms on this website — for example, your name, contact details, the part of Ottawa that is easiest for you, and anything you tell us about your family's needs.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your request and help you take your next step with the church. We do not automatically enroll anyone in marketing updates, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Access to form submissions — including prayer requests — is restricted to the Ottawa team members who follow up on them. Your saved questions are available only to your signed-in account. Gathering addresses are shared privately with confirmed guests only, and are never published on this site.

You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared at any time by emailing hello@harvestersottawa.com.

This notice will be updated as the church's formal privacy policy and collection entity are confirmed by Harvesters Ottawa leadership.
